How GymTracker works

GymTracker is built around three main flows: creating your program, logging workouts and reviewing progress through history and Coach feedback.

1. Create your program

  • Choose your goal, training level, weekly schedule and training split.
  • Set equipment preferences so the program matches your gym setup.
  • Preview the generated program before saving it.
  • You can still edit training days and exercises manually.

2. Log your workouts

  • Start a workout from the Workout tab or a training day detail screen.
  • Tap set chips to mark sets completed; timed exercises can use a built-in timer.
  • Use the rest timer between working sets, or turn it off from settings.
  • Add, remove or replace exercises during the workout when plans change.

3. Review history & Coach feedback

  • The History dashboard shows your training week, monthly calendar, summaries and recent workouts.
  • Tap a workout to see exercise-level set details.
  • Coach logic uses recent performance to suggest progression, deloads or exercise variations.

Privacy

GymTracker is designed to respect your privacy. You can log and review your training without creating an account.
